We strive to provide you with the very best support at home - please let us know if this is not the case. We do have a strict funding framework and due to the rural nature of covering the whole of Northland our workers are stretched quite thinly at times.
We work tirelessly to keep improving and achieve a good balance - communication is the key - if you are not going to need your support for any reason please let us know as soon as you can so that we can redeploy the worker to someone else. We have recently upgraded our computer systems to the industry standard Care~Call product which works alongside our new Remote Worker electronic timesheeting app that we are currently trialling with Support Workers to help reduce the amount of paperwork. This also means that you will not be required to sign timesheets each week.
