Payroll Administrator

We have a payroll / data entry position commencing for a fast working, outgoing, friendly person based in our Kerikeri office.  You will be part of a team of 6 responsible for Support Worker payroll consisting of approx 350 part-time employees & be individually responsible for several  individual payrolls for our Individualised funded Clients.

You need:-

  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Experience in payroll and office tasks with excellent numerical skills.
  • Dedication and commitment to detail.
  • An excellent work ethic & be capable and well organised with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • A readiness to share roles and responsibilities, including lower level tasks.
  • A strong team player philosophy, and be able to work in well with other staff members within the organisation as well as Management.
  • An ability to respect others beliefs, cultures and values.
  • An open minded attitude and take on the culture and philosophy of Home Support North.
  • Be able to adhere to guidelines and follow instruction.
  • Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand long term.
  • Be double vaccinated & maintain status required to meet Service requirements.
