Essential services:

Any workers providing direct hands-on support that maintains a person’s necessities of life, including physical wellbeing and safety in a residential or home and community setting, is considered essential. Home and Community Care Services (HCSS) and residential care facilities are therefore essential services and must continue to be available under Alert Level 4.
