Decisions are normally made 4 to 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the leave. If there are special conditions regarding your leave request it is suggested that the reason for the leave is noted on the leave request form. To help us plan for cover of the Christmas and New Year period leave requests for dates from 16 December to 17 January have a cut off date for submission which is early November.
